Article 1: Price and Payment Prices are indicated in Euros, including all taxes. Payment is required immediately to initiate the creation process for your piece.

Article 2: Absence of Right of Withdrawal (The Uniqueness Exception) In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order and clearly personalized.

Note to customers: As each Amorya item is created exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal convenience or sizing errors. We invite you to consult our measurement guides before any purchase.

However, Maison Amorya's commitment is based on an absolute requirement for quality. If, upon receipt, your creation shows a clear manufacturing defect or a printing anomaly (damaged shell, misaligned or altered pattern), we are committed to remedying the situation.

In this specific case, and after validation by our customer service via sending a photograph of the anomaly to contact@houseofamorya.com, we will prioritize a new confection of your piece at our expense, or a full refund if replacement is impossible. This claim must be made within 14 days of receiving your package.

Article 3: Delivery and Discretion Our creations are shipped in neutral packaging to guarantee the complete confidentiality of your Amorya experience. Delivery times include artisanal crafting time and transport.

Article 4: Quality Guarantee If, despite all the care taken, your piece presents a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days to contact us at contact@houseofamorya.com. After verification, a new piece will be put into production for you at no additional cost.

What should I do if my item is faulty?

Despite all the care taken by our workshops, if your piece has the slightest manufacturing imperfection or arrives damaged, we are sincerely sorry. Contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the defect. We will immediately proceed with a new creation at our expense. Your satisfaction is at the heart of our commitment.
